Accrington Technologies Ltd, or ATL, is a joint venture company
established between Ecebs and Merseytravel.
Its primary product is a secure method of delivering smartcard tickets
onto a smartcard in a cardholder's possession wherever they may be. This
could be done via a home PC or a networked PC in an office or retail environment.
Tickets, vouchers and other products can be delivered onto a smart card
in real time and bring real benefit to both customers and service providers.
