December 2004 -Breakfast Meeting Held At Ecebs
In East Kilbride
On 10th December an invited audience attended a Breakfast Briefing chaired
by the Right Honourable Adam Ingram MP, Armed Forces Minister. The
theme was how the use of Smartcards in Transport can deliver and provide
additional benefit across a whole range of local and central E-Government
initiatives.
The guest speaker was Neil Scales, Chairman and Director General
of Merseytravel www.merseytravel.gov.uk
and representatives of some 25 Scottish organisations enjoyed the briefing.
There was a lively question and answer session at the end.
