We can offer a range of training courses to aid the implementation of smart card-based systems, the understanding of our technology or general smart card related training to suit a particular need.
Specialist Smart Consultancy
We can undertake complete projects on a consulting basis, from research and feasibility, design, build through to implementation and commissioning.
Managed Hosting
Our customers can choose to host and manage their smart solutions themselves, use a third party hosting company or opt to have an Ecebs fully managed hosting service via our secure tier II data centre.
Service Desk
Our service desk provides a single point of contact for our customers, our specialists are on hand by phone, email or online. Going beyond a reactive helpdesk unconstrained by formal procedures.
